Meerut: A person from Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr district stated that Baba Bholenath (Lord Shiva) answered his prayers after his son recovered from the illness. To honor the deity, a person recognized as Salim traveled to the holy metropolis of Haridwar to deliver Kanwar.

On Sunday, the native folks welcomed Salim on the Jaharveer temple of Kali village of Kharkhoda block of Meerut. Salim, a resident of Chowki Khajpur in Secunderabad tehsil of Bulandshahr district, advised that his son Zahid was mentally unwell.

He stated that he had prayed to Lord Shiva for his son’s higher well being. Based on a report in Hindi day by day Dainik Jagran, after his prayer was answered, Salim set out on a journey to Haridwar together with one other village resident Dharmendra Kumar.

On Sunday, a gaggle of Shiva devotees reached the village of Kali. The temple clergymen and different devotees honored Salim and Dharmendra by Baba Om Nath.

On Tuesday, lakhs of devotees provided water to Lord Shiva on Mahashivratri.

Ashish, one other devotee from Ghaziabad district, stated that he had gone to Haridwar for Kanwar after the want of a kid was fulfilled. They have been blessed with a toddler after seven years of marriage.
